Under his leadership, the firm has specialized in distressed private equity opportunities across Real Estate, Sustainable Building, Traditional and Renewable Energy sectors, and nature-based capital projects. Marc has also assembled a talented team with diverse expertise across North and South America, driving value creation through strategic investment and sustainability initiatives.
Notable contributions include his advisory role for Panasia Estate, Inc., where he developed a comprehensive change management model to transition the organization into a private equity environment. He managed major projects such as two construction ventures in Manhattan and the acquisition of 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate in New Jersey and Maryland. His responsibilities encompassed portfolio assessment, asset realignment, financial modeling, risk management, and overseeing leasing and building operations. Additionally, through a joint venture with Northwest Green Building at Oculus Worldwide, Marc played a crucial role in developing sustainable building solutions, including a patented ICF building system and innovative aluminum cladding applications. He also managed technology exchanges for manufacturing architectural and structural components in India.
At Clay Health Club and Spa, Marc, as Managing Partner, revitalized the brand and forged strategic partnerships with prominent entities such as LVMH and SoHo House & Co., leading to a successful asset sale in 2009. His consulting role at King Industries involved developing and certifying an Environmental and Quality Management System, driving innovative cost management strategies, and creating a model for patent monetization to attract top talent.
In previous roles, Marc worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he developed performance-based incentive programs and managed complex HR issues, including eBay’s Australian office launch, and was recognized for his contributions to the YankeeNets acquisition.
At BlackRock, he managed $5 billion in fixed-income assets, initiated proprietary trading software development, and ensured 100% compliance in trading accounts. Early in his career, as Vice President at Paine Webber, he successfully advised on investment accounts, achieved impressive annual returns, and developed relationships with high-net-worth investors while working on public and secondary offerings.
Holding a Business and Foreign Trade degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Carolina began her professional journey 15 years ago at Moore Estratégia e Valor as a business consultant. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with small and medium-sized companies across various sectors such as chemical, logistics, bioplastics, software development, and marketing, both locally and internationally. Since 2015, her focus has shifted towards industries with environmental concerns, including renewable energy, reforestation, and cosmetics. Additionally, Carolina has expertise in managing distressed companies and actively engaging in operational processes and talent retention.
Rocio is a Biologist with expertise in Environmental Management and Cooperative Management. With over 15 years of experience, she excels in Project Management, coordinating between institutions at municipal, state, and federal levels for socio-biodiversity initiatives. Riocio also specializes in developing value chains, providing technical support, and offering Rural Extension services to family farming and extractivism businesses in the Amazon.
Rogério holds a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (COGEAE/PUC-SP) and an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Instituto de Pesquisa e Ensino (INSPER). He is currently working towards a Master's and Ph.D. in Sciences at the University of São Paulo (FEA/USP). Rogério has also served on the Municipal Tax Council of São Paulo.
Maurício holds a postgraduate degree in Administrative Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (COGEAE/PUC-SP) and a postgraduate degree in Economic Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP). With over 20 years of extensive experience, he has managed numerous transactions concerning the buying and selling of properties in Brazil.
Eduardo, with more than 13 years of experience, has a postgraduate degree in Business Law and Contract Law. He specializes in providing preventive legal counsel and has been involved in civil, business and labor litigation. He has been involved with companies in various sectors such as service, technology, medical clinics, aerial advertising, georeferencing and the energy industry.
